What We Publish
Every batch we release is analysed before it ships, and the lab report for a grade covers all three areas below: the measured results for your batch, the typical properties of the formulation, and the safety data. Reports are issued on request rather than posted publicly, so the copy you receive is the one matching your batch rather than whichever revision happened to be uploaded last.
Batch-specific measured results against the release specification, signed off before the batch is cleared for shipment. Quote the batch code printed on the pack.
Kinematic viscosity at 40°C and 100°C, viscosity index, HTHS viscosity, flash point, pour point, total base number and sulphated ash, with the ASTM method used for each.
GHS-format SDS covering hazard identification, handling and storage, exposure controls, first-aid measures and disposal. Required documentation for commercial accounts.
