Application
SIMCOE Lubricants Full Synthetic SAE 5W-20 API SP is a premium class motor oil with low viscosity, developed specifically to meet the high demands of modern gasoline engines. Utilizing innovative additive technology, it provides superior wear protection, exceptional engine cleanliness, and enhanced fuel efficiency. Ideally suited for engines with direct injection (GDI) and turbochargers, ensuring optimal performance under extreme conditions.
Widely specified across Ford, Chrysler, Honda and Hyundai gasoline engines. A direct full-synthetic upgrade for workshops still running conventional or blend 5W-20 stock.
An innovative additive system builds a durable anti-wear film across cams, bearings and cylinder walls, holding up under the load and temperature swings of modern downsized engines.
Low-friction chemistry and a tightly controlled viscosity profile reduce parasitic drag through the valvetrain and bearings, cutting the energy the engine spends moving its own oil.
High oxidation stability and strong deposit control keep the oil in grade for longer, supporting the drain intervals published by the vehicle manufacturer.

Measured physical and chemical properties (kinematic viscosity at 40°C and 100°C, viscosity index, HTHS, flash point, pour point and total base number) are issued per production batch on the certificate of analysis. See the lab reports library or request the current batch report.
